Welcome to the New Sound Sistim Website ! (p.s. photo header: Frans van Arkel. Thanx!!) NSS is a Dutch reggaeband of singer/rapper Jay Lorou (originally from Ivory Coast), drummer/producer Manolo Honkoop (Dutch/Latino roots) ("best drummer" at the "Grote Prijs van Nederland" in 1998), guitar player Seger Uyterlinde, bass player Marciano Morman, keyboard player Ron Gijselhart, percussionist Bas Lemmers and DJ Drywood who is responsible for the special sound effects of the band. Their first album "This World" has been well received by regional and national (NL) press.
THE BAD NEWS...: NSS takes a break for the time being, so no upcoming shows of the band for the (near) future.
